We've been looking and studying how we relate to our characters and the real world around us. Now it's time to put yourself into your character's shoes. Thinking about the main character of your book, consider what you would do in their situation. 1. What would your reactions be? 2. How would you handle the situation? 3. What would you do differently? Be sure to use complete sentences and EVIDENCE to support your thinking.
My book is called Jacob have I Loved by Katherine Paterson. If I was in my characters shoes I would not like my life because she always has to do every thing and sometimes her family doesn't like her the house with her family because she always cause problems to there family. But sometimes she has lots of fun when she not at home because she has fun with all her friends that always list to the problems and give her comments what what she shouldn't do or what she needs to do.What I would do differently is tell my mom that every one is diffrent and if she wants someone else to get someone else.My reactions will be what kind of my treats her son like that.

Grizelda,
ReplyDeleteYou have good thoughts. Very sassy aren't you? How are you different from your character - is she sassy or a "victim" in her family. Would you do everything as well? What steps could you take to organize this better?
Who could you have reread your blogs to check that sentence are complete? Where did you get your evidence from - i can't tell.
